Culturally Responsive Teaching

The Culturally Responsive Classroom

As the United States become more diverse, it is important that teachers change to meet the needs of all children in the classroom.  Culturally responsive teaching is a method to ensure that all students feel respected and valued in the classroom.  It helps to meet all students’ needs and helps to educate students to become global citizens, ensuring they can take an active role in the world as it become more interconnected globally.

This website is set up to provide examples and resources for teachers.
